This tool was created upon request from my STRABAG colleagues to connect ASPE (project management software in the Czech republic) with STRABAG’s project management program Arriba iTWO. It transfers billing data from ASPE to iTWO and removes the necessity to manually input the data into both of the programs. It can work with more than one billing period and change orders as well. One period takes approximately less than a 5 seconds to complete with the transfer speed of 32 400 items per minute. The performance could be further optimized by using different language than VBA.
